Maria, Karolina and Magola were the best hosts we have stayed with!!! They made our stay feels like home: we had dinner with them, play the game "stop" with Karolina and the food made by Maria was really really good!!!! The views are absolutly astonishing! We will remember you forever! Maria also let us leave our bags in their house while we went to pass a night in Park Tayrona!

We had an unforgettable stay in this house deep in the jungle! The house is simply stunning, perfect for anyone looking for a slice of paradise away from the daily grind. The surrounding nature is incredible, and every corner exudes a sense of peace and tranquility. But what truly makes this experience even more special are the hosts: Juliette was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. Always smiling and ready to give us tips on things to do in the area. And then there’s Tinto, the dog: a sweet and affectionate companion who made us feel right at home. The service was impeccable, with every little detail taken care of. If you’re looking for an authentic experience and warm hospitality, this is the place to be!

Our 6-night stay at Casa Alibri felt something like a soul retrieval. Here you will find all the essential ingredients of a bespoke vacation under the expert guidance of Alix and Brice, your exceptional hosts/ humans. With the diversity of activities available in in the local area there is curb appeal for all traveller profiles. However the tranquil setting of the property also lends itself naturally to the art of doing nothing, with its intentional fusion of beautiful food, meaningful connection, healing vistas and the jungle soundscape of the Sierra Nevada. While here you might find yourself contemplating what you have done to deserve your good fortune and the answer is probably not enough, but fortunately sometimes the universe provides anyway. Hours after our departure the pervasive sentiment was that of wonder and of loss. Casa Alibri truly is a Columbiam microcosm that reminds us of our unity and shared humanity. AMAZING!! So clean and comfortable. Perfect place to attend El Rio's parties or to just go hang by the river - it is only a very cheap 3 minute moto taxi or a 20 minute walk! The staff are very kind! There is amazing room service, netflix, and self controllable air-conditioning!! I can not recommend it enough! Also unrelated but "Buritaca Fried Chicken" on the main road is a must!!!

We walked into La Trayona and wanted to spend the night. This boutique ecolodge is situated at La Piscina and was perfect for our needs and warmly recommended. It is a fairly new place with only a few rooms. It has clean and lovely boutique rooms with outdoor bathrooms and patios with hammocks. La Piscina is a wonderful beach, much quieter than Cabo San Juan, and was virtually deserted at around 5pm when we went for a swim. Restaurant is nice for sunset views. Staff are very helpful, especially José on reception. One of the highlights of our trip.
