Carol was very nice and super helpful. She helped us book the tickets to Tian zi mountain and even told us about the preferential tickets. She was always ready to help whenever we text her and help us as much as she can. The inn was near the entrace gate to go to Tian zi mountain and the room was clean too. We also ate breakfast there and the breakfast was delicious and cheap too. Would recommend anyone to come here

The staff are charming and friendly. I love the noodles in the breakfast - fresh cooked. The location is convenient; it is only 5 minutes by walk to the middle gate, which has less tourist traffic. Highly recommend!

The people were very kind, responsive and caring during my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything I needed. They even drove me to Zhangjiajie National Park each time I went and recommended a route for me to take. The inn offers dinner service as well, which was very convenient and tasty. They made me feel welcome and at home.

    Beautifully located. Staff speak English and help with excursions and advise on suitable places to visit according to your needs. I visited with an ankle brace and 2 children, and they advised us well (where steps were/ where there were buses etc). Very helpful in giving us lifts locally, and arranging drivers and entrance tickets at no extra cost. Smaller, cosy and personal hotel with comfortable rooms.
