The property was super comfortable and clean. Some of the best walks are virtually right outside the property and it’s practically perfect for dog walks/hikes. Town is relatively close, but it’s also nice to just get takeaway and enjoy the upstairs area as the last rays of light disappear over the beautiful view. The bed was amazingly comfortable also, we had the best sleeps.

Dantosa retreat is in a most idyllic and peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful trees with a fabulous lake view. Listening to so many different birds and star gazing at night were some of my highlights The house was very high speck. Clean , comfortable with great amenities. The owner was such a lovely gentleman very hospitable and friendly He very kindly provided welcome milk, apple juice and fabulous banana bread amongst other items for our arrival I was only sorry I had only booked for 2 nights- there was so much else to see and do there Well worth a visit and most definitely will return when we visit family in Sydney again Thank you for making it such a lovely visit

    Cosy little cottage with all the necessities. The indoor fireplace kept us warm and the spa bath was great. We utilised the electric stove for meals, and although the fridge was small we managed to fit our groceries for the few days. There are plenty of lookouts and hikes closeby within a short drive.
