The location was absolutely exquisite. The views, the peace, the forest, the mountains, the gardens nearby, the horses, the lovely old traditional stone house , the enormous and delicious breakfast, the kind and hospitable hosts. It was one of the most beautiful locations I have ever stayed in in my life!!

There is no road leading to the accommodation, you have to walk. We walked for 7 hours from Lekbibaj, but it was worth it. The accommodation is an oasis in the heart of the Albanian Alps, a unique haven with nice and friendly people and the best food we ate in Albania. If you want a bit of adventure, head here.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tradita Valbone! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive — every request we had was taken care of with a smile. It's a perfect place to explore the beautiful surroundings of Valbona. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the food was delicious.
