Condos in Bang Sare

Host was very friendly and helpful Security guards at the condo were extremely nice.

Ratchy Condo was lovely, it was quiet the pool was usually empty and there are 3 pools so you could easily find somewhere quiet. The security guards were great and very helpful. It is close to the town and there is a 7/11 across the main road only 5min walk away. The room was cleaned every 2 days. Really nice place to base yourself as away from the main city and close to the beach which was a 15min walk. If you do want to go to a really nice beach there is a military base nearby with the most amazing beach.

Different but spectacular construction. We travelled with my wife and two kids (5 & 8) and we loved this place. Nice pool concept all around the building with water slides and hill access. The two room condo was clean with aircons in both rooms and easy to get to from main road. A bit far from Main Street but close to beach and restaurants there. Would definitely come again and warmest recommendations from us.

Great value for what we paid. 5 min walk to the beach. Great host.

Perfect in every respect especially if you have kids. They loved being situated right by the poolside and gave it a resounding 10 out of 10.

The apartment is very beautiful and matched my needs perfectly. It is clean and spacious. It was on the 34th floor. The view is breathtaking. Kevin is a fantastic host and was very friendly to me. The few requests I had during my stay were all resolved very timely. The kitchen has everything I needed. A full set of dishes and cutlery, a spacious refrigerator and an as good as new microwave were available. Everything very clean and functional. As a bonus, the refrigerator was already filled with lots of bottled drinking water. The bathroom is also very decent and features a nice and spacious shower. Liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and toothbrushes were all provided. There was no own washing machine in the apartment, but a laundry room is available. That was okay. A request for fresh towels was serviced within hours. A cleaning service was available, but I kept the apartment clean with the available mop myself. That worked fast and easy for me. The location of the apartment was a good compromise for me. The on foot distance to Walking Street is about 1 km. The wonderful Jomtien beach is a 15 minutes drive by car or motorbike. There is a beautiful park next to the building, which also features the well known Wat Phra Yai temple. The temple is only a 15 minutes walk away. The Tasty Market at the entrance of the compound has all of the most required stuff for daily life. The next 7 Eleven store is just 500 meters down the road. The 2 pools of the Unixx compound are nice and clean, but the water is very cold. Thus, they are rarely overcrowded. Nevertheless, I used the pool on the ground floor nearly every day. Some other reviews complain about the slow lifts. I cannot confirm that really. There are 4 lifts in the building. The lifts are not the fastest, but I never had to wait longer than 2-3 minutes for a lift to come. During peak hours, there is considerable traffic on the lifts, but it is all to normal extend. In the evening, the lifts are readily available.

It was great stay. I really wanted to visit the condo with roof pool and my dream come true. The check in/out was easy, all necessary information was sent prior our visit. Room was super clean. Water, snacks and bath accessories, hairdryer, iron were provided. Condo location is great too. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops are nearby.
