Just back from a one night stay. We did two safari’s one early evening and an early morning one. Safaris were very well organised. Very well organised and tasty dinner at the end of the early evening safari and very good breakfast at the end of the early morning safari, both included in the price. Lovely swimming pool in the complex.

I first came to Kwa Maritane in 2015 and have been longing to come back! May I just say that coming back did not disappoint at all! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and well maintained (even things like the minigolf which usually ho forgotten). There’s many facilities, from the 2 pools, to the tennis court, mini golf, hide (to watch the animals) and so much more. The staff is so kind and welcoming and the game drives are just the best. The rangers are so knowledgeable and will really do anything in their power to show you the coolest wildlife! Let’s not forget the great buffet, very varied and delicious food. Last but not least, the rooms!! Omgggg we had the most beautiful and spacious room with a balcony. I cannot wait to come back

We had the most amazing time. The view and accommodations are breathtaking. Our wonderful guide had some much knowledge; we were out on dive for hours and loved every minute of it, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the most wonderful stay.

The property was well appointed and spotless. All the bedrooms had on suite bathrooms making it easy to share the house. It literally had everything you could wish for. The best part was the view over the water hole.

    Its an amazing place anchored by Sun City ... I believe that Sun City should also partner with locals to create curated events and property for Internationals to enjoy and be immersed in the true culture of the villages and townships in their authenticity.

    Distance between Ledig and Sun City is a little above 5km.

    Distance between Ledig and Sun City is a little above 5km. The streets are badly eroded and not easy to drive and are also too narrow within the township. There is a great potential for growth if road infrastructure can be well taken care of. There are great friendly people who are ready to help should you get lost or encounter problems.

    The location is great as Sun City is around the corner from Kwa Maritane and for those who are interested in seeing Sun City. Road from Johannesburg/Pretoria to the area not great, watch out for high speed bumps (not marked) and cattle.

    The place was ideal for a weekend getaway as it was just under 2 hours drive from Pretoria. The place is perfect for R&R with a range of activities to keep one entertained. The tariff inclusive of dinner, breakfast and gamedrives is real value for money. Coupled with comfortable rooms and excellent customer service, Kwa Maritine is well worth the visit.

    The location is great..

    The location is great.. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning service was excellent, rooms were cleaned everyday, linen clean, security was great, security always patrolling to ensure our safety. The food at the restaurant was great. The pools were not overcrowded. Moving around / mobility was great with the paid scooters, the kids loved it. The place also has a shuttle that goes to Suncity hourly for extra entertainment. We enjoyed the stay💯💯 The wifi/ internet wasnt working though.They must add more water activities, the current activities are for small kids.

    By the way, your location is in the traditional area, so you...

    By the way, your location is in the traditional area, so you do maybe have no choice, to convince the traditional authorities to look at their roads are so bad. Roads are not user friendly. The international community, people of other coulour, whites in particular will not accept your location, thus is important for the local authorities to be of assistance into this situation.

    Our stay was AMAZING! 3 days of exceptional experience in the middle of Pilanesberg reserve. 4 safaris with 4 different guides, all them really nice and attentive. The rooms are confortable, shower is delicious. The hotel is really KIDS FRIENDLY, with mini golf, tennis, pools, kids parks, chest, etc. Food was surprisingly good! It was my husband's birthday and they were nice to bring him a happy birthday cake. Elephants drank water in front of the restaurant. Amazing stay!

    This is my 2nd time here, and I am pleased to say my high expectations were still met. This is a preferred family holiday destination because it's Family-friendly: designed to meet everyone's needs, regardless of life stage. Convenient: chalet living is more comfortable than staying in a traditional hotel room, especially when you have little ones Value for money: As far as the accommodation, you get what you pay for.

    Great game drives. A herd of elephants came up to the lodge restaurant and was a pleasure to see this. The hide near the hotel is also a big bonus and we saw hippo and elephant there.
