Everything. Excellent service, in every way very well managed place with great eye for details and an atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Our room was so comfy, cleaner than clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The whole lodge is beautiful with lots of cozy places to relax. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great, everything we had during our 4 days was super delicious (also lots of yummy vegetarian options). There is no real beach but easy water access and lots of hammocks, chairs, lounges and sunbeds right by the sea overlooking beautiful turtle bay. Location was also a huge plus for us. Not too far from champagne beach, close to the blue holes and not too far from Luganville and the airport either. Having a rental car was great for us, but the lodge offers lots of tours, so it’s not a must have here. Finally the staff was just amazing, from housekeeping to restaurant/reception staff or the management itself - everyone was so friendly, helpful and did just a great job. This was not the most expensive place we stayed in in the south pacific region but by far the best so far. One of our favorite spots ever (and we do travel a lot all over the globe). Highly recommend!

Amazing staff, Lisa and her mum are so kind, and treated us like family, John behind the bar was so lovely and kind. The food was incredible, great vegan options and very authentic Vanuatu food (which made a nice change to everywhere else we had been). The room had everything you needed. We loved the retro 70s decor, it was like walking back in time. Very close to the wharf, shops, and Lisa organised everything that we needed (including yoga!) Can’t recommend enough!

Our host Esline was super nice and kind, giving us an upgrade and inviting us for a delicious dinner prepared by her. The housekeeping lady Lina and his family are so nice and sweet and they made our stay amazing. Ginger the dog is very nice too :) the rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped, right in front of the villas there is a nice and accessible spot for swimming (there is a wreck too), when the sea is calm it is a nice place to snorkel. This is truly a hidden gem. While most accommodations in Luganville are very pricey, Kathy’s guesthouse is affordable. besides that, the place is set in a nice garden, in a local neighborhood. Kathy is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and has some cooking facilities. there are two shops across the street.

Fantastic experience in a beautiful location What a beautiful place to unwind. It felt like we had our own private waterfront where we could swim or snorkel while exploring the stunning coral reef. I couldn't believe how crystal clear the water was and what a perfect temperature it was. If we weren't in the water there was a lovely sheltered deck where we could sit and have drinks or eat while looking at the beautiful water views. Alternatively we could explore the gorgeous rain forests on the island without having to worry about snakes like we do in Australia. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Lovely people who made us feel so welcome. We loved the bungalow we stayed in. We can't wait to come back although we will have to wait a few months as they are booked out for a bit.

We loved the staff - the general manager was very helpful and very kind in accommodating our forced change of plan, and all the hotel team so friendly. We loved the location, with the sound of the sea breeze in the trees outside our room.
