We had 3 wonderful days at Pu Luong thanks to Tom and his team. There are many nice homestays in the area but when the owner personally manages the property, restaurant service and conducts the tours, your can expect the best experience in this beautiful and peaceful part of Vietnam. The conducted tours are full of interesting cultural and historical information that one would not get on their own. I would recommend this stay and tour package for anyone looking for a quieter alternative to Sapa.

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay. Going to Pu Luong requires a bit more effort and a longer journey (on some bumpy roads) than other places, but it is totally worth it! The Eco Garden is a great place to be at one with nature. Take the opportunity to visit rice paddies, a bat cave and local village communities with a guide too. Would highly recommend going before it becomes the next Sapa!

Everything!!! And mostly the hosts. They have a honest kindness. Food made,presented and served with love. they were the best hosts in our journey. a narrow path to walk in the forest with great views and small falls along they have their natural private small river to swim also with small falls. Very near by foot from the Hieu falls.

Great stay here, the owner and family are very friendly and helpful helped arrange transport from the drop off point to the home stay, And back again to Hanoi for a good price you can rent scooters and also arranged walking jungle tours for a very good price too Meal times the hostel all are together at the same time brought a real home feel to it everyone could chat and exchange story’s and plans. Toilets and showers are basic but clean Beds are quite hard and not very good on my back for 4 nights other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

I liked everything, very clean and nice place. Spectacular view from the terrace and a very relax vibe. I want to give a special mention to Nhi and Thuan, who both were extremely kind, smily and making sure I was good and have everything I needed. Thanks guys!

We loved the authenticity of the place and the staff were so friendly, even if their english wasn’t great, we didn’t care! The food was great and prices were reasonable. It was nice to know they provided locals foods, and eco-friendly living! We also loved how the property felt so in-tune with the nature and landscape that surrounded. We will stay again!

    Pu Luong is gorgeous and the people there are extremely...

    Pu Luong is gorgeous and the people there are extremely friendly. Because it's newly open to tourism, it's quite peaceful, but it does mean there are fewer options (for example, no real affordable food choices). However, the quiet was just what we were looking for, and we both thought the area was one of the most beautiful places we'd ever seen. I would come back here again and again!!

    Pu luong luna resort is an absolute dream settled amongst...

    Pu luong luna resort is an absolute dream settled amongst the mountains and rice paddies. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the view from your balcony is incredible. The staff here are absolutely fabulous and go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. I highly recommend staying here and I'll certainly be back!

    Wonderful scenery & great staff.

    Wonderful scenery & great staff. It would be helpful if swimming towels were provided in the room. Enjoyed excursion to local market & then cookery course was great fun. Local walks are lovely. All in all a great place which we would thoroughly recommend to friends & family.

    The area is beautiful with so many interesting things to see...

    The area is beautiful with so many interesting things to see and visit. We visited local villages, saw a weaving demonstration and visited the local market, toured the water wheels and learned about the bamboo irrigation system, hiked to a waterfall, and took a bamboo raft down the river. Arranging transportation from our lodge was easy and the area was easy and interesting to travel around.
