The pool was super beautiful, as was the hotel itself. It was really quiet and clean. We slept very well. The rooms and the hotel looked pretty new: it definitely deserves more guests than it had while we were there. The staff was engaged to do us every favor, even if their English speaking skills were limited. We could communicate everything with google translate. They offered good food for lunch and dinner. The hotel is surrounded by a cute village. We spent 5 hours at the My Son site, since we stayed close by. It was nice to feel the energy of this ancient place, which would not possible with a two hour bus tour. The hotel offers free bicycles, and there is an electric shuttle car for a little fee to take you to the temples.

We were welcomed so beautifully on our first day! The staff were so kind and friendly throughout the entirety of our stay! We wanted to book tickets for the memory show and the lady at the front desk was happy to assist! She booked our tickets and within moments we got our tickets! She also provided great advice on how to get there! The food was outstanding and was made for everyone! From non-vegetarian to vegetarian options the food was delicious! The owners are a fabulous Italian couples and consider the residents as family rather than guests! They were so kind and welcoming! If you get a chance to stay here check out their spa!!! Hung is such an amazing individual who provides the most comfortable service!! Her magical hands made my morning! Doing a shampoo and facial through her was the most relaxing time spent in Hoi An!

La Charm is ideally located, about 5-10 minutes walk to the centre and An Hoi island. The rooms were nice, bed huge and comfortable. Small gym, but enough equipment to make it worthwhile. Staff were delightful, highly attentive and professional. I can't speak highly enough about them. Thank you. The price was very reasonable for the overall experience.

Sunny, Emma, Jenny and Spring's geniune friendly eagerness to assit refreshing. A very welcome informative chat to orientate oneself re Hoi An on arrival. Free cold water and a coffee/tea station a bonus. Best though is the sparkly clean rooms, fresh daily towel and filled to the brim bathroom amenities.
