The Banyan Tree Lang Co excelled at customer service. It was really a five star experience. We didn’t pick the best time to go to Vietnam as it was cloudy most days but the staff and especially our villa host Yen brightened each day for us.

Room was clean and tidy, hotel staff were friendly & good English speaking, it was very quiet around the area with not many people around which was nice - there's a little shop next door & some small beach "restaurants" where you can get dinner, 2min walk to the beach

The staff were very attentive, and knew you by name, who the others in your post were, any food allergies eye remembered and be staff the next day were aware. Probably the best & must personalised customer service I've experienced. Our room had a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean & the pools. Our massage with Lydia was excellent. Very experienced and professional masseur.

We loved it from the very first moment. The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is individual bungalows which are well set out in a garden behind the restaurant / coffee shop which sells great food. The staff were really helpful and the owner even gave me a pair of socks as mine were wet from cycling over Hai Van Pass in the rain.

I sadly had food poisoning from another place and the staff were so amazing at helping me and making sure everything was okay! The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms we stayed in were amazing, definitely coming back.
