The accommodation is very clean and Lili and her family are very nice. The small bungalow is very cozy and also perfect for a rainy day. The food is freshly prepared every time and the ingredients are home-grown. We also went on a hike with her son, which we really enjoyed. It was really good to take a break in the countryside. It is very quiet and idyllic at Mama Lili's Homestay. I will definitely come back when I am in North Vietnam. Thank you very much for the great time!

This is the most luxurious hotel in Sapa, located in very city centre, which makes him very convenient. Staff is very professional, always helpful. Rooms are big, clean and tidy. Reach breakfast with different options. SPA is also included in the price, but you need to book it at least 30 min in advance. If you are planning to go to Fansipan mountain, i highly recommend purchase tickets via hotel, it will gives you WOW passes, which allows you go with no queues to the funicular and cable car.

Lovely stay in the heart of Sapa, 2 minutes walking to the main market square, and walking distance to the Fansipan terminal! The room was very comfortable! The breakfast spread was fantastic! Hospitable staff, they even made us a Bahn Mi for our travel back to Hanoi! Absolute value for money! I would recommend staying here while in Sapa!

Clean, housekeeping makes up the room daily, decent amneties. It does look like some things can be replaced or renewed here and there but the helpfulness of the restaurant reception and hk staff makes up for it. Stayed 3 nights no breakfast and they gave me complimentary breakfast. I booked on a recommendation and I recommended it as well!

The accomondation is extremelly nice. The room was enormous, with nice view over the Sapa town. Every little detail was taken great care of, from the way the room is decorated, to the facilities inside the room, to the ammenities that were included. The resort contains 2 restaurants that have really nice value on their meals. There is a nice indoor swimming pool, a gym and spa. The staff was extremelly nice and responsive to every question we made, in a really nice manner.
