In 10 days in Vietnam, this was definitely the largest and most comfortable room. The service was impeccable. We had some problem with our dates and they changed them 2 times without any additional charges or fuss. Both me and my partner were completely spellbound by Mrs Mihn, the reception manager, she was an absolute star and we will always remember her smile and beautiful personality.
