The host was amazing. It is a family of four, and they are the friendliest people I have met, very helpful, very thoughtful, so open and kind. The place had minor "but' moments (for ex , you need to bring your own toilet paper, or breakfast takes too long to make yourself if it's busy and you are in line). Mind you it's good value for money and the host made it feel more like home than a hostel. If you want a relaxed, worry-free stay on a budget that is your first choice. Big thanks to the family for a marvelous stay!

When you head towards the hotel for the first time, you think: what a weird location I've chosen - the streets are not that nice, not much good cafes around etc. Then you come into the hotel and think it is a different reality, like an oasis in the desert 😄 The territory is neatly looked after, very clean, green and very pleasant to the eye. The gardener is always on duty. The bellboy meets you at the gates with no exceptions. The reception personnel is kind and helpful. The room that was provided to us at first was a bit noisy because of the pump, but the administration quickly changed the room for us. So it was nice and comfortable. I pay much attention to the bed as I get older 😄 so here my sleep was very calm and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, everything is exceptionally fresh, and unlike in many Vietnamese hotels, there's choice of both - Vietnamese and European varieties of food. It is a buffet, but the eggs are cooked personally for the guest whichever way you want them. Nice instrumental music played in the lobby, which makes sitting by the windows pretty romantic.

    Da Lat is like a different country in Vietnam.

    Da Lat is like a different country in Vietnam. The weather is mild and the wilderness is a ten minute drive away. After seeing the attractions like the waterfalls and everything else. I enjoyed walking around the lake for some much needed exercise. Da Lat is unique. Da Lat is stunning.

    Dalat itself has beautiful view of natural landscapes and pleasant atmosphere in many moths each year. Local people, including businesses, are able to help visitors enjoy such conditions if they are willing to. If not so, as some local business people had done, Dalat is losing some types of visitors (especially older generations who prefer "actual" service instead of superficial services which is rarely practiced nowadays.

Way to road work messy Thuy Ta for coffee by river view, Visited cho Lau but not eat at market restaurant Eating beef noodles soup at next to cam đô bridge Spice soup, vegan at restaurants around, opposite Linh son temple Hu tiếu, quanh thánh soup along 190+ phan đình Phùng Str . Hot Black seames, munbean, soybean milk at along opposit ngoc hiep theatre in the same street from 4pm -11 .. yum ..enjoy visitor

    The trip from the airport into town on the very new and modern road inspired expectations of a European or Japanese level of elegance in infrastructure, maintenance and surroundings of a central touristic mountain town, an impression that quickly faded on approaching the town which is quite a mix of buildings, infrastructural features and surroundings of very variable states of quality, originality and maintenance. For me personally, Dalat is simply the hub for accessing the highland sightseeing focus points, a means to an end, so to say. I expected otherwise and was surprised by these impressions but am still glad to have checked it out for myself and made the overland trip down the road to Mui Ne (under construction), experiencing the changing vegetation zones and landscapes between the highlands and the coast.

    Dalat is the city of Flowers, eternal Spring time with cool climate compare to the rest of Vietnam. Dalat is the salad bowl of the country, amazing and plentiful fresh fruits and vegetables. The people are very nice too.

    Dung was incredibly helpful and kind and gave me the best food recommendations for my dietary restrictions. He even booked grab rides for me to and from the different restaurants that I went to eat at. As a first time solo traveller I was a bit nervous but Dung made my stay very comfortable. In fact I even extended my stay in Da Lat by a day. The room and bathroom were clean and large and well stocked. Wonderful hospitality and very kind people at Raon Villa, the best I've seen In Vietnam! Highly recommended!

    The rooms were very nice and clean, fan instead of AC but Da Lat is way cooler than other Vietnamese cities so that’s okay. Room service was great. The location of the property is ideal, as it allows you to explore everything around the lake in matter of minutes. Staff was very helpful and friendly, provided assistance with booking of different tours around Da Lat. The only minus of my stay was the WiFi Internet. It was extremely slow, I had to run on my mobile data for all 3 days. Please fix this to get 10’s!!
