I stayed for two nights on a last-minute booking and was impressed from the start. Helen at reception went above and beyond—showed me the room before check-in, gave me a high-floor room, arranged a complimentary afternoon tea, and even a free airport limousine drop-off. Ryan, the relationship manager, was also fantastic—great local tips and lovely to chat with. Both spoke perfect English and made the stay feel very personal. You can tell they treat every guest with genuine care. The rooftop pool has a great view of the sea, and the location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Overall, the service was exceptional and I’d definitely return!

Had a wonderful stay in Golden Lotus in Da Nang. It was a much needed relaxing and excellent stay in between Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. The room was great and the Asian/Continental breakfast spread was impressive. A special mention to the staff - service was exceptional and extremely warm. It's a quick 5 min walk to the beach. The next time I visit Da Nang, I will choose this hotel again without giving it a second thought.
