Clean and quiet. Most of all, thank you for the kindness of the staff. I left my phone in the taxi, and I was embarrassed. At this time, the staff quickly and accurately grasped the situation and contacted the taxi. Thanks to Nikko Hotel for helping me find my phone. Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.
