I didn’t meet the host, but the maid — who also is the neighbor — was incredibly nice and helpful with everything I asked. She showed me where to eat, took me to the nearby market on her motorbike, and even helped me buy eggs for breakfast. The guesthouse is very spacious with a huge garden. The kitchen and bathroom are as big as an entire apartment! There were two large beds that could comfortably sleep five people. I really loved this house — it felt so peaceful and comforting. The place had air conditioning and was very clean. The bathroom amenities seemed to be high-end, like something the host chose for their own use

Good location, cross the river to the Imperial Palace and Dongba Market. Super welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Connected on WhatsApp and shared PDF write-up. Quick and succinct overview of what to see, how much time to spend and suggested mode of transport. Recommended the best Bun Bo Hue, the famous Hue beef noodles. The room was superb with the welcoming scent. Lots of attention paid to small details: laundry bag, complimentary organic tea and famous coffee, nice cups and saucer, beautiful lighting, most comfortable bed with four big pillows. Surprised to find NO sachets of shampoo and shower gel and tiny toothpaste, instead full-sized bottles and a tube of "real" toothpaste. Kettle and hairdryer can in handy when temperature hit 15℃ overnight due to the rain. Power points on both sides of the bed with small tables to facilitate device charging.

Perfect location, in the center, but in an alley so very quiet at night. We got breakfast on the house when we arrived at 09:00 (nightbus from Hanoi). We also got early checkin. Laura and her family was very nice. They helped us to carry our luggage to the room and the taxi. She arranged private taxi from Hue to Da nang (1350 000 VND). Got bottles of water when we came and when we left. Our youngest son liked the pool. Nice view from the bed.

We upgraded to 32 floor. This provided us with a Nespresso machine, complimentary canapés and drinks and all day coffee and cookies. The room also had a Bluetooth speaker.
