The room was pristine clean and with all the amenities you’d like to have! Super comfortable beds, wonderful shower, and a great location. The staff, in particular Timur, was extremely kind and helpful. Despite we arrived late in the evening he has been very efficient in recommending us a restaurant nearby, organizing a taxi for us very early in the morning and offering us a great lunch box since we could not profit of the breakfast due to our early flight. Thank you Timur!

The team at Antalya Grand Palace make the hotel what it is - they are always there to help you. One of the biggest apprehensions we had with coming to Uzbekistan was people who can converse in English as the main languages are Uzbek and Russian. As you can appreciate this is worrying when travelling to a country for the first time. On arrival we were greeted by a professional, courteous young man called Feruz. Upon meeting him we could tell he was passionate about his job and career in leisure and hospitality - managing the desk and helping customers with their stay. Feruz spoke good English and helped us a lot and made our stay feel homely. The other team members including the breakfast service staff were very accommodating and provided an excellent variety of food and snacks in the morning. The team make-up for any shortcomings in the facilities. Other points of note were the rooms are very generously sized and maybe the bathrooms could have been slightly larger as the layout in our room was pretty tight. Also, the water was look warm even after running for a while. The air conditioning units need looking at as they were blowing hot air out. Given we have come in October and the weather is warm but comfortable this did not matter much. Thank Antalya Grand Palace for making our stay homely.

The accommodation was great. The bedding and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. Everything could be arranged easily, and there were no issues at all.

We arrived there from Bukhara, on our way to Khiva, by train. Best decision ever. This hotel was incredibly relaxing after a long train right. The rooms were spacious, the bed was big and the breakfast was freshly prepared by the cooks. I also have to point out that the staff there was very helpful and friendly. All of the guys working there spoke good Russian! The terminal for card payment didn't work, so we paid cash. This was ok after all, because there were a couple of banks close by. All in all I liked the fact that the hotel is located really well - close to the train station, but also close to the trolleybus station to Khiva. It was incredibly quiet there, so we could relax and the WiFi was also working, which wasn't the case for every hotel we've been to in Uzbekistan.
