The hotel is super clean and so modern all the facilities were incredible. The rooms are very spacious and the bed were super comfy, location is great with great access to the airport. Transport service to the hotel was easy and also dropped us off to the car hire centre to pick up our car hire.

Easy access to airport, make sure you pre arrange the shuttle service to collect you from the airport, or call as soon as you get outside, we arrived at around 20:30, and after waiting a while realised the shuttle was not coming. It was all sorted with a quick call to the hotel.

Great front desk and restaurant staff; the location is simply perfect for short business stay given the proximity to the airport and the Blue Line train stop within a 5-minute walk, especially for visiting Chicago quickly. Shuttle service from the airport is fast and quick (a bliss after a long flight). Good variety and quality for breakfast. My room was in the good range; despite the proximity of the airport the noise was not noticeable.

The crew was nice and helped in any way they could. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and the hot tub is a nice extra. It has several good restaurants in walking distance and the free shuttle to the airport helped a lot!

    A very expensive family trip!

    A very expensive family trip! We ended up sleeping on separate floors and sweating most of the day due to faulty air conditioner in 1 or our 2 rooms. (78 degrees) We spent our family time making continuous trips to front lobby, packing, moving, or unpacking our belongings and sleeping on sperate floors instead of conjoined rooms. Breakfast was great!!!

    Good location for our activities.

    Good location for our activities. Street view is deplorable….newer hotel is located attched(?) behind a rundown building. Close proximity to All State Arena which had several different programs going on during our two night stay…. Caused time consuming traffic jams each night.

    With the wifi internet 5.99 for a day and the 5 star charge...

    With the wifi internet 5.99 for a day and the 5 star charge for room for a 2 star motel, there was no one at front dest after 10 pm. theree was a 1.75 charge for extra towels per day, now get this 2 people are suppose use use 2 towels for a 2 days. There was no extra wash cloths, there was no house keeping at all in fact unless you stay 7 days you don't get that service. The sidewalks was cleared but the drive was not,

    There were available restaurants across the hotel. Airport shuttle is available 24/7, every 30mins. However, toiletries are not available inside the room; you need to go to the front desk to ask for toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion. I was given 1 sachet of toothpaste and 1 tube of shower gel for my 4 night stay; no toothbrush, no lotion. Some staff at the front desk are not accommodating. Wifi did not work throughout my stay (even after asking for assistance at the front desk). There was very little variety on breakfast.

    Great area, there is a lot of hotels and stores, super close...

    Great area, there is a lot of hotels and stores, super close to the airport. My favorite spot is a polish market that I visit every time I’m in that area - it’s KD market - they have everything a polish person misses from home. Getting around Rosemont is easy, but there is a lot of traffic on the way to the airport.

    Rosemont is a decent neighborhood, just too far from downtown Chicago , very suburban. Rosemont has good nearby restaurants. I hear, E.S.A. is a much better Hotel option. Transportation includes two local buses running at least every 15 minutes, 7 days a week.

    location was ok - train station was walking distance, and there were no problems with the trains at all during our stay there is a large and well stocked supermarket close by and some options to eat out as well shuttle to/from airport was also a great bonus room was spacious and had everything as described liked the waffle option for breakfast during the weekend and coffee/tea options and the water fountain to fill water bottles available during the day the hotel was one of the cheaper to stay during the Chicago marathon weekend

    The location was excellent, near the airport, easy to get to and out of. Check-in was fast, room spacious, clean, overall very nice. The property is located in a building that it shares with another hotel. Pay attention to this when booking because this impacts on the possibility to get the breakfast buffet. They were able to check me out late, as my flight was leaving at night, so that was also a plus.

    A pretty standard airport hotel, small rooms - nothing special and nothing to make us return. For shoppers however, it is right beside the Chicago Outlets Mall. The shuttle bus will run you there if it is available, and there is a free-of-charge Rosemont bus outside the mall for your return if the shuttle is away at the airport.
