The apartment was very nice and everything was super clean. We had super good communication from the owner and she went over and above to answer our questions about everything! The bikes were always available and we used them every single day. There's a fantastic bike path called "Pinellas Trail" that is just minutes from the resort and a straight shot into Dunedin. It goes for miles both north and south. The pools were great and there were lots of chairs to choose from - if you got there in time to grab one! Beach/pool towels are provided which was a really nice bonus.

Property listed available, traveling in middle of night… Arrived and no check in office open…. Had to find other accommodations. This manager refuses to refund me. There was NO money lost.. just inconvenience for me. Manager rude and disrespectful. Think again before renting!!!!

    I loved the cute downtown area, it was all old houses...

    I loved the cute downtown area, it was all old houses converted to restaurants, but it added to the charm of the town. Everyone there were so friendly. We were able to walk or bike to most places. It's a very bike-friendly and dog-friendly town. We appreciated the fact that it's not commercialized like Clearwater is. My other half really enjoyed walking to the different breweries, there's quite a variety of breweries if you like beer. Honeymoon island was a short drive away. We rode our bikes to it from the golf course but it was a tough ride unless you have an e-bike. I will definitely be back to visit this town!!! Can't say in enough words how much I enjoyed this trip!

    What a great little town and location.

    What a great little town and location. We were there on the advice of a friend for Philles spring training baseball. Short drive to stadium and Dunedin ia a great walkable town - restaurants, shops, running/biking/walking trail.

    We went there because friends live there. What a beautiful small town on the Gulf of America! beautiful small parks on the water as well as the bike walk path from St. Pete to Tarpon Springs. Town hosts many breweries and restaurants, all within walking distance. Great place to just relax and unwind

    Dunedin is a nice, quiet, little town to relax in.

    Dunedin is a nice, quiet, little town to relax in. Easy, walkable town with plenty of restaurants, bars and microbreweries to visit. Nice Park at the water's edge but not really a beach town. Close to Clearwater Beach by car. Pinella trail runs right thru town for easy biking riding or a run.

    I would not recommend Dunedin as a vacation destination.

    I would not recommend Dunedin as a vacation destination. Downtown area is very congested and many homeless sprawled out in the street even blocking crossing areas. Local law enforcement does nothing about it. Much better upscale choices on the West coast such as Naples to stay in.

    This is one of the best little towns of Florida.

    This is one of the best little towns of Florida. There is plenty to do and if you are in search of good beer there are seven breweries (and counting) in walking distance. Beaches, baseball, and more.

    Pros: The location is fantastic, easily walkable into the town of Dunedin. The unit had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed too. We didn't use the outside fire pit area, but it's a great addition to the property. Hosts are really responsive and sent clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and parking is easy right outside the door. There is also a great bagel place next to the unit for a quick breakfast (Dunedin Bagels).

    This is a very smart and exceptionally clean property. It is very apparent that a lot of thought has been put in to creating this unique bed and breakfast. It’s in a great location for visiting the many breweries and restaurants of downtown Dunedin. We would happily stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.     The hotel is located close to downtown Dunedin and the harbour, which makes it walking distance from TD Ballpark. We loved lazing in the pool on hot afternoons. The variety of breakfast options was appreciated. Our room was freshened up every day, which was a pleasant surprise as many hotels don't offer this service anymore. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
