The staff was fantastic, they treated me and my three kids so wonderfully. The mid/late shift gentleman was very kind and chatted with us about each day’s adventure. (Stayed the week) Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to before starting our day. My kids loved the pool, as well as myself after a long day. The rooms were clean, good sized and the beds were so nice to sink into after a long adventurous day! If/when I visit Chicago again, I will 100% choose this location for my stay!

The hotel is super clean and so modern all the facilities were incredible. The rooms are very spacious and the bed were super comfy, location is great with great access to the airport. Transport service to the hotel was easy and also dropped us off to the car hire centre to pick up our car hire.

Easy access to airport, make sure you pre arrange the shuttle service to collect you from the airport, or call as soon as you get outside, we arrived at around 20:30, and after waiting a while realised the shuttle was not coming. It was all sorted with a quick call to the hotel.

Great front desk and restaurant staff; the location is simply perfect for short business stay given the proximity to the airport and the Blue Line train stop within a 5-minute walk, especially for visiting Chicago quickly. Shuttle service from the airport is fast and quick (a bliss after a long flight). Good variety and quality for breakfast. My room was in the good range; despite the proximity of the airport the noise was not noticeable.

    Great breakfast, quite and clean rooms & far enough away from the airport so no aircraft noise , modern rooms with plenty charging options for electronics, good for a peaceful layover, shuttle service leaves on the hour

    Strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and elevator when we checked in Saturday evening. Bed & bathroom were clean bed the carpet made out socks brown. Exposed pipes on the walls in in the sitting room and bedroom. Heater was messed up: there was heat blowing out the front but AC blowing out the top. Very glad we only had to stay the one night.

    We enjoyed the overall town.

    We enjoyed the overall town. We wish some things were open later as on Thursday evening nothing was open for us to grab some dinner. It was convenient to the highway and downtown Chicago which was perfect. Alot of the gas stations were dirty and not very clean.

    Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena.

    Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena. Parking left a lot to be desired. Had to park in the Bo Jackson sports parking lot and walk to the hotel. Didn’t appreciate guests drinking beer in the lobby. Room was very clean but did not appreciate that we had no chairs and table in the room .only had the bed and one place to put our clothes on.would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Got the impression that we were bothering front desk people .

    Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown. I personally hate the stop and go on the expressways and at certain times it takes much longer to get from one place to another than the nice trip through town on Grand. The very quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located is a huge plus. You really will enjoy the good breakfast and if you like to workout their exercise room is really great.

    The Hotel is good value for money especially for families. They serve a hot breakfast every morning and coffee is available 24/7 for guests. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The room is spacious and very quiet. The main drawback is the location that is far from everything even the airport. If you rent a car it is not a big deal as parking is available on-site but without it, you would have to rely on the shuttle to get to the airport and then to downtown from the CTA. Otherwise, a decent hotel for the price.

    Good location if you need a place on the way to chicago to stay for one night. Very clean hotel, modern and spacious rooms, good breakfast. The stuff was very kind. You have the iron and a hairdryer in the room, as well as the cofee and the fridge.

    Room is very confortable and breakfast is very good, with fruits, eggs, waffles. The hotel is new, and no carpet which is great to maintain a clean space. All the staff is helpful and nice.
