I was very exhaused after a very long flight and it was a bit tricky for my driver to find the hotel but when I finally arrived and saw the property I started.crying. It was my dream to travel to Tanzania and I was so overwhelmed with my emotions and the kindness of the staff. Booking was straight forward and my special requests - to check in late and for the airport taxis, were organised promptly. I was picked up and dropped off within arranged times. Remi kept interesting conversations going, I learned a lot about the local people and modern lives. On arrival to the lodge, I was checked in within minutes and I had the same girl looking after me during all stay. Annette made my time here extra special, she arranged breakfast, set up a lunch in the garden, organised fresh juice and popcorn in between meals. During a power cut, she made sure I had Wi-Fi connection to check-in etc. Also Chef was very personable and cooked very tasty food. Thank you all for the great experience it's was such a relaxing stay.

Lovely setting, comfy rooms and good shower. We only got to spend a little time here as our flight was delayed meaning we got in late and had to leave early in the morning for safari. Andrew & Naomi were so friendly and accommodating with our timings and made sure we had breakfast before we left - it was delicious!
