We stayed the night before our international flight leaving from Kilimanjaro Airport the next day. Very convenient to the airport about 15-20 minutes away. We arrived late and were welcomed by very friendly staff who even cooked us a quick, delicious vegetarian meal. Beers are available on site as well. Room was immaculate, comfy bed, hot water shower, quiet. Amazing breakfast included. There is a lovely pool on site, but we did not use it. We could see Mt Kilimanjaro from the pool area of the hotel. Our flight the next day was not until 6:30pm in the evening and the hotel allowed us to stay in our room until our flight and helped us arrange a day trip to the hot springs. The hotel also arranged our airport transport $20. Highly recommend staying here for the convenience to the airport and amazing welcoming staff.

Very close to the airport perfect for an early flight in the morning. Accommodation felt very private even though there were many other huts around you. Breakfast in the morning was great with attentive and kind staff.

Really good spot for airport transfer. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was massive. If you’ve come down from Kili and looking for a cheap and cheerful place to crash before heading home, this is good.

This lodge was fantastic. The view of Mt. Kilimanjaro from the room was incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The meals were also excellent fresh. A great way to end a day of exploring Moshi. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Moshi!

Stayed here for one night with a late check out, before heading back home the following evening. Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Catherine was an amazing host, very welcoming and warm and introduced me to her family, we also had some insightful conversations, which was a nice touch. Catherine’s home was spotlessly clean and beautiful, the bed was big and comfortable, very cozy space. There was a fan which was great. I was also pretty sick and Catherine has made me some lovely ginger tea with honey upon my request for my arrival which I will be eternally thankful for! I had a lovely stay at Catherine’s Home, Asante sana! :)
