The staff were very friendly upon arrival and for the duration of our stay. The room was very well equipped with all amenities you could think of. Balcony was a bonus! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the aircon was on point. Cantonese restaurant was good, although a few dishes were forgotten about, but the male waiter was very young and apologised for his mistake. Food was tasty and decent portions, although a little pricey.

Very beautiful design. Spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Very friendly staff. Good location. The hotel provided a recommendation for an amazing cocktail and wine bar (one of our Tainan highlights!)

Delicious breakfast options, and convenient location. The bedroom was spatious, with a comfy bef and nice bathroom: good ammenities (the best I found during my trip to Taiwan), good shower, and gotta love a Japanese-style toilet.
