You will experience Turkish hospitality and culture while staying at the hotel. To me, service is paramount when booking any property or tour. I got it by staying at the hotel. A taxi transfer was arranged from the airport to the hotel with a great driver who respected traffic rules, which is not valid for most Türkiye drivers. All my questions and requests were met. So, I felt safe, welcomed, and respected. The location is excellent.

This hotel had everything we needed. Big and comfortable beds, good shower, wonderful breakfast: very tasty and beautifully served, garden with shade where we could drink coffee and tea, large terrace where you can have dinner with live music. The hotel is very nicely decorated. Most of the staff do not speak English, but if you need anything at the reception, you can use the translation application and communicate. The hotel offers various tours in the area, so you can take advantage of this convenience. Everything you need is near the hotel: restaurants, cafes, shops, historical sights. We enjoyed ourselves here and I believe we will return again. Thank you for hosting us nicely.

The most amazing and safe place I could ever chose! Everyone was nice and respectful, very welcoming and always kind and ready to help. Breakfast was tasty and the view from terrace over Mesopotamia was incredible! I would come back for sure!

We came from Denmark to Mardin and were warmly welcomed at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner, Mr. Hakan, was such a wonderful and hospitable person. We had fresh and delicious breakfast every morning. When our kids asked for juice with breakfast, Hakan personally got it for them – such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. The hotel is very centrally located, close to everything in Mardin, and we even arranged a private driver through the hotel to take us to Midyat for a fair price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was available 24/7 if we needed anything. Everything was perfect – we truly recommend this hotel!
