Beautiful and fancy resort, i had the most smoothest check in ever special thanks to Mr.Khaled he was very polite and helpful during our stay also shadlia at reception as she as helpful as possible..we stayed at family suite which was very big and clean with very nice view over the pools and Sea the food was great .very nice and helpful staff.. We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Marcopolo, thanks entirely to the phenomenal staff. The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service!
