I went in low season so exceptional value for money, hence the high scores. Cooked breakfast of fried eggs and sausages, and friendly staff, all who spoke English. Very close to the aiport which I needed, and I plan to stay again tomorrow on my return.

The owner at this apartment homestay were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay from A-Z. The house were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breathking view of the surrounding and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. It's totally clean and comfy homestay in city centre. We really had a wonderful stay in Khujand, Tajikistan. Gently fully refurbished, preserving the new furniture's details and with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Easier to park your car as well. Very kind owner and great value for money. It was right in the heart of city centre.
