Incredible hotel, brand new, luxurious style. Very-well finished everywhere, with good taste, and very clean. The swimming pool is amazing and offers at sunset a wonderful view towards the mountains. A convenient restaurant is available on site for fair prices. The breakfast included in the morning is very good and offers salty thai and continental food, toasts and fresh fruits. The service was also extremely good. It's a family built and managed business, offering therefore a very high attention to the guests and a very cozy and familial atmosphere. The daughter Aun welcomed us and took care of everything during our stay. The hotel opened just one month ago, hence some services are not operational yet. I don't understand the people complaining about the unavailability of some services, the owners are very kind and are starting something very nice and charming. We should support the initiative. Rooms, amenities, and service are of a top-quality price with a unique family spirit, and the daughter showed a lot of attention and responsiveness to all our requests. Only the localisation is 3/4 since it's hard to reach the old city center/market without bike or motorbike, but at least this hotel is in the area of Old Sukhothai which is already a huge plus compared to New Sukhothai. They picked us up for free at the Old Sukhothai bus station when we arrived and dropped us at our departure. Then, we rented mountain bikes directly at the hotel for 40 baths per person per day and reached the first historical monuments in a few minutes. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to come back. Thank you again Aun.

I loved the stay here, the room was amazing with a gorgeous view of the pagoda. The bathtub had bath bomb ready for you. The pool was great with view over rice fields. I would a 100% stay here again.

This hotel is dreamy. Start by crossing a wooden bridge that will lead you to the reception area. Admire the surroundings, the trees, flowers, statues and water features. Our room was very spacious and quiet. A few meters away you'd find the swimming pool, perfect to relax in the afternoon after walking/cycling in Sukhothai. At night we would stay put and have dinner at the hotel's restaurant (where also breakfast is served in the mornings). The food was delicious and its presentation was picture perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the best way to start the day and give you energy to go sightseeing. Staff was kind, helpful and polite. We will definitely be going back.

Excellent service, location and staff. We were welcomed extremely kindly and helpful. Very nice room, large and very clean. Location super central and convenient to all points of interest. But the highest score is certainly due to the helpfulness and competence of the staff (especially the receptionist!) who helped us a lot, even translating and writing for us a note containing all the allergies - note that is still "saving our lives" in other cities in Thailand (thank you!).

This property has a beautiful setting. We have a pool facing room and was well looked after. The ladies at reception have very good English and were so helpful. They sorted our tuk tuk to the historical park, helped with bike hire and the tuk tuk back. They gave us restaurant recommendations in the area too. They arranged a tuk tuk to the bus station upon leaving. The room was clean and spacious. Limited storage space however we were only staying for 2 nights so this was fine. Thank you for our lovely stay and a must if your staying in sukhothai!

Loved the huge breakfast. Really appreciated & used the provided bicycles. Kwan was a fabulous host. Hammocks were awesome. property is fabulous, clean & close to everything including markets, historical park, restaurants, scooter rentals, bus station, shopping. Would definitely come back here if we get the chance.

    A place to get in touch with history.

    A place to get in touch with history. Come here every year and never tired of it. Particularly nice to come during Loy Krathong, the vibrancy of the town is just amazing. The lights, the show, the krathong, the atmosphere are breath-taking. Spend some time at Si Satchanalai as well which is worth visiting as this preceded Sukhothai. We enjoyed the local Thai food at eating places along the street, the food at the night market and the smoothies!!! One thing about Sukhothai is there is no GRAB, so must arrange transport to Si Satchanalai. But no worries, many vendors will take you there for a price, just check locally.

    Sukothai's National Park with the ruins of the temples were probably THE BEST I've ever seen. Breathtakingly beautiful and amazing. Don't miss the separate temple ruins at Wat Sri Chum. Ethereal!

    Sukhothai is an off-the-beaten-path, worthwhile historical area of Thailand—less touristy than other sites, but also more economically challenged. We enjoyed our two-night stay, which felt like just the right amount of time for us.

    Sukhothai was my second stop having left Ayutthaya.

    Sukhothai was my second stop having left Ayutthaya. I chose Sukhothai to get the option of exploring its cultural and historical sites. There is so much to see. however, it was hot, very hot and I wasn't able to see everything I wanted. So I guess I'll just have to stop by this wonderfully chilled town again in the future. This is not a party town, this is not what I was looking for, what I found though gave me every reason to want to go back and see more. Highly recommend Poo restaurant which was close to my accommodation. Enjoy your stay, but do be careful of the heat should you take one of the many tours available.

    My hotel was close to the Historical Park so I was able to...

    My hotel was close to the Historical Park so I was able to visit before 8am, meaning it was not too hot nor crowded. The free tram in the park was quite helpful, but I didn't feel as though I was doing too much walking because the ruins are so interesting, and close together. I ate at Trip Advisor's top 2 restaurants. Chanda's was close to my hotel and although the Pad Thai wasn't the best in my opinion, it was good enough. For some reason it was closed on the Sunday so I tried Phum Phor, which is one of the nicest places I've ever eaten at. Not cheap, but reasonable for such an upmarket looking place. I was given a free appetizer while checking the menu, and free cookie with my milk drink.

    Very simply if you are looking for somewhere off The beaten track a little and reasonably quiet then this place is absolutely perfect. If you are interested in spending a day or two travelling around looking at remnants that date back to the year 1300 and this place is a must. If this doesn't interest you then possibly it's not a place to visit. FYI Hire a driver and buggy to take you around the ruins. Cost me 800 baht for about 5 hours and our lady guide was fantastic. You can find her on the left just before the entrance to the National Park

    Good breakfast and very kind/friendly staff. They also recommended the traveling place and how to get there in Sukhothai. The hotel is in a great location in the old town. We enjoyed a good time to walk around the hotel. Many places for sitting and relaxing time. The room applied with Thai tradition and modern style. The restaurant is also perfect!

    Breakfast buffet in lovely dining area. Many bikes available for guests to take and use, no need to reserve or sign them out. Location was walking distance to everything - restaurants, night market, 7-Eleven, shops. We biked to and around the Historic Park. Quiet neighbourhood.

    Fantastic hotel located in Sukhothai old city. Everything was lovely, the room, the pool, the bathroom, everything. You can rent bikes here for 50 baht per day for the historical park. There are good restaurants within walking/biking distance. Really enjoyed our stay here.
