It was an unexpected surprise when we arrived to see a super new and modern accommodation, as I was skeptical not having many reviews. The room was very comfortable and had the biggest bed I’ve ever slept, it was massive! The owner was very helpful, facilities were clean, the location was so close to a vibey area full of restaurants and shops.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Failed 24/7 Check-In, Inaccessible Room, and Unacceptable Conditions Dear Hidden Khaosan management, I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment following our stay — or rather, our failed attempt to stay — at your property on the night of 22nd. You advertise 24/7 check-in as a core amenity, and we booked with that assurance. However, upon arriving at around 4:00 AM, exhausted and in extreme heat, we discovered that your self check-in machine was completely non-functional. We tried every possible method to check in, repeatedly and with care, yet nothing worked. There was no staff on-site to help, no emergency contact that responded, and absolutely no backup system in place. Left with no alternative and utterly stranded in the middle of the night, we were forced to use two previously occupied rooms after finding old keys — a completely unacceptable and unsanitary situation that no guest should ever be subjected to. This experience was degrading, stressful, and well below any acceptable hospitality standards. We demand a full refund, as we did not receive the service we paid for. Additionally, we expect a written apology from your management acknowledging the seriousness of this failure. You have severely breached the trust that guests place in your establishment. If we do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, we will not hesitate to escalate this matter through reviews, consumer protection channels, and booking platform complaints. Beautiful spacious rooms with great facilities. The pool and garden was beautiful. Had a good workout at the gym too. Breakfast was amazing. There was a lot of variety and everything was absolutely delicious. Location is great too, very close to khao san road. Highlight of the place is the hospitality of the staff. They were kind and proactive and always ready to help. Would definitely visit again.
