Really quiet, spacious and beautiful place. We thought we do not need sauna, but it was relaxing and extra bonus after hiking. The owner was taking really good care of our needs, though we came late and forgot our things in the fridge. This place has beauty inside the appartement and also in the garden and the nature.

I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

The hotel has an exceptionally stylish and well-thought-out design that reflects the surrounding nature of this lovely place. Absolutely everything is new, elegant, and furnished with great attention to detail. The wellness area is wonderful – with pool, saunas, and excellent natural cosmetics. I especially appreciated the very thoughtful, caring and warm staff, and a big THANKS to the hotel director Mrs. Brezinová for her sensitive and supportive help and her goodwill during check-in. This place is truly magic.

I had an incredible time at this mountain ski resort hotel. The stunning location was perfect for a getaway. The Titanic-themed dinner was a delightful experience, set in an amazing interior. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The convenience of the cabin lift to Treetop Walk Bachledka right next to the hotel was a big plus, and the nearby Belianska Cave was just a short drive away. A truly memorable stay!"

We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were nicely renovated. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Pillows a bit soft. Staff was really great, made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was worth it. Bar was awesome, we had some really quality drinks and cocktails.
