Tina and Laura made us feel so welcomed! We had a spacious and clean apartment. We can't thank Laura enough for the wonderful wine tasting and all the things she shared about wine making, Slovenian traditions and the family estate. We learned so much and had a wonderful time with you! Sadly we couldn't stay longer than just one night. Rouna is such a beautiful estate with very generous and sweet hosts - and delicious wine! Not only was it just a beautiful area, we enjoyed how quiet and relaxing it was. We fell in love with the morning staff and the owner when we did the wine tour. The wine was fabulous and the history of the wine and culture was so interesting. The owner had so much knowledge and explained the wine beautifully. He even made his own meat and shared that with us for the food pairing. Felt like a meal! Will definitely come again!
