We enjoyed both the breakfast and long dinners we had with drinks at this hotel. The dinning room overlooking the water with the evening sunset over the lake Fryken was unforgettable. The lounge area was most suitable for quiet reading and reflection even on rainy days. The staff both at check in and check out were polite, efficient and attentive. The service in the restaurant was excellent and customer friendly. We look forward to our next visit and stay with this restful hideout in Sunne. Locating the hotel on the highroad driving out from Sunne city was easy , clearly visible hotel sign. Not always the case with some other hotels we have stayed in.

Just like described, it is a good place for inspiration and creativity! Friendly communication, clear instructions on how to get in. Too bad my stay was so short, I would love to draw that beautiful apple tree in the garden.

The most beautiful place in an old manor house with great atmosphere. Perfect place for an overnight stay near the skiresort Branæs (1,5 hours drive). Lena is the most friendly and service minded host ever 😊

I booked really last minute and off season. Nevertheless Lena responded very quick and had prepared a huge breakfest with homemade applejuice. It was great and certainly on my next voyage i will come back!!

    We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful, clean and comfortable cabin. Great location, quiet and peaceful and just 10-15 minutes outside of the lovely town of Sunne. Nice base for discovering the region, and a lot of hikes within 30 minutes. It was very Sunny during our stay in Sunne, so a lake for a swim within 5 minutes of driving is also a great asset 😊. Last but not least, Sandra and Laurens a very friendly hosts.

    A very nice hotel, situated right on the shores of the lake Fryken. Perfect for an early morning swim from the hotel's mooring pier. Very clean and well maintained. Great view over the lake from the room (although all rooms might not have this) The night we stayed there, the hotel offered a barbecue buffet, which was excellent.

    Location and surroundings of the hotel are very pleasant, the view down to the lake wonderful. Not to be missed is the evening meal: imaginative cuisine with home-grown produce, beautifully presented. Breakfast is equally excellent, with interesting local choices.
