Interesting decor and lovely old building, very good breakfast (the ginger shots were great), nice to have kettle and mini fridge in the room, good lounge area and balcony seating. Very close to museum and a well-preserved windmill.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, great location. Very good customer service. When breakfast wasn’t available one morning ( included in my package) I was offered a takeaway breakfast plus a free dinner to make up for no smorgasbord breakfast. Food was delicious. Incredibly homely, warm and comfortable. W e felt so ‘at home’ here. The place has an old-fashioned feel but the facilities are modern. We both loved the bed and it was a struggle to get up in the morning! The location is perfect for autumn colour and there are so many lakes and forests in the area. Definitely a place for nature lovers. The host are really delightful and there if you need them.
