Breakfast was superb. We liked the lobby with activities (games, crafts, comics) for children. The location was very good, right next to the station and very close to the city center (this is mainly due to Alingsås being a very small city, though).

Amazing hosts, super friendly and welcoming. The apartment, located at the rear of their home, is perfect and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Just a 10min walk from the town centre, and only 5 minutes to both a supermarket and a beautiful lake.

A good budget alternative. The beds were comfortable. The area was very clean and the service was very good. The WC was in another building so it was chilly at 3am going out. Breakfast was basic with bread, cheese, ham and liver pastaj. Yougart and cereal. Juice, coffee or choclate to drink.

    We only stayed for a night, so we did not explore much. Alingsås is famous for its many cafés. Our hotel, the Grand. indicated a very nice café across from a very pleasant shop, all in a quiet courtyard. The locals were very friendly.

    If you're looking for a comfortable, good value stay in Alingsås, then MittesRum is a really good choice. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were well maintained and equipped. Mitte was very accommodating with my later check-in, and even had little candles waiting for me on arrival. Do note that you need to bring your bedlinen and towel, but this can also be prebooked for 100kr/person I believe.

    Super friendly hosts and atmosphere. We appreciated that there were items like a hairdryer + shampoo and balsam in the bathroom and the kitchen was stocked with cooking oil, salt+pepper and even coffee which would be wasteful to buy in full-size when only staying a few days. Also there was a nice selection of books related to Sweden and the general area around Alingsås, and a cute Sweden puzzle!

    Great breakfast and location. I was put in the side house or "Little Grand Hotel", which had pretty small rooms with a nice view. The sauna is nice, and there is a gym that provides enough for a basic resistance workout.

    beautiful apartment. kitchen is equipped with everything you need. location is perfect, Alingsås is a small cute village. TV is huge and is equipped with everything you need as well (Netflix etc).
