We checked in very late, reception works until 21.00, and we came around 23.00, but there was no problem getting into the hotel and into our room. The receptionist called to ask when we were coming and gave us instructions on how to get into our room. The room was clean and nice. In the room were water boiler, cups and some packs with coffee 🥰🥰 loved it after a long trip! Also there were a small fridge, hair dryer and air conditioning fans, which were very useful because it was very warm that night and the next day. We were on the third floor, the view was nice through the windows. 😊👌🏻 We had a really good and delicious breakfast! 😋 Outside the hotel was a huge statue of a troll and we took nice pictures 📸

Very quiet location. Big barbecue place, Host provided wood so I can use it. Although phone reception is not the best in area but it's worth it! Host allowed me to use his row boat in the lake nearby. Peaceful time after work, great place to rest.

I highly recommend this property! The owner was incredibly helpful in finding a solution during the busy season, making our stay stress-free. The property itself is clean, cozy, and surrounded by nature, providing a perfect escape. When I encountered a car problem before check-out, the owner went above and beyond by using his own tools and car to assist me. Their willingness to do anything for us was truly unbelievable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! You will be 100% satisfied and receive any help you need!

    The place is nice, especially for swimming and kayaking,...

    The place is nice, especially for swimming and kayaking, beautiful lake. However we were disappointed by luck of working swimming pool, wifi and tv. All three were in the offer and we even especially checked the availability of the pool. And when we complained during our stay no reaction for six days when we started the mediation procedure via booking. So big potential of the place but also big disappointment for us.

    Nice and clean room. Comfortable bed! Coffee, tea, good breakfast! Everything you need. Very useful you can charge your car in front of the hotel. Our room overlooked ‘Årjängs Troll’, fun! I also like to see how the hotel is reducing it’s impact on the environment: solar panels, no lights when a space is not used etc.

    The check in process is really good. Fast and confortable. It is a perfect hotel for when you are traveling from Sweden to Norway. It is really close from the border, so you can save some time the next day!
