From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Mr. Asyil or maybe I wrote a wrong name ( he is working on reception 9 nov and helping me for check in, who provided outstanding assistance. His professionalism and attention to detail made the start of our stay truly memorable. he did great, the best I ever had. The breakfast service was another highlight of our stay. The team, including Ali Al Hasbi, Hussain, Rayed, Saud, and Nawaf, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a delightful and comfortable dining experience each morning. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made breakfast a joy. Lastly, the check-out process was just as seamless, thanks to Mr. Shafi, who handled everything efficiently and with a smile. Overall, the staff at Le Meridien Tower Makkah truly made our stay special, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah.
