Amazing staff. We were very late for check in to the hotel and the guys there on the kitchen they wait us to come and serve us delicious food. Amazing location on the Transfagarasan road. Great food and great room. Really recommended

By far the most delicious meal we have had in Europe. The grilled vegetables and fried cheese were full of flavor. The hosts were super lovely and the room very comfortable. We highly recommend Hanul Ancutei. These weary Australians loved it :-)

Big spacious room ok the top floor (we had room 5 & 6. Lovely base with friendly staff. Adriana's mum showed us around. The facilities at bottom were great, kettle, fridge freezer etc. Beautiful views.. what a location. Worth a trip to lake Vidraru. Might even see bears! Modern room and bathroom.
