Breakfast is great. Dinner and lunch was epic. In hot summer the place is cold. The pool is a dream. The owners are the cheer on top cake - we are 2nd time here after 5 years and they remember us.

The hotel is attached to the han (restaurant) by the bus station. Despite that, it's very quiet. Getting breakfast is simply a matter of going to the restaurant in the morning and choosing what you want off the menu. It is a good place for an overnight stay before or after visiting the Horezi monastery. There is also and old church (Biserica Veche) a short walk away that is worth having a look at. Some of the staff speak a little bit of English, so we had no problems despite only having 3 words of Romanian between us.

- Host. Owner is very nice man. He built so well organised place with brilliant value for the many place. Respect - Rooms: really nice and clean. Small but good balcony. The property is newly opened. I loved the attention to details, the decor, the bed and the location (walking distance from the famous Maldaresti Kulas). You feel transported to another time, but with modern facilities. The owners are very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was also very good, with local products.
