5 stars Highly Recommended! I had a great stay at this property! The place was spotless, and the sheets smelled amazing fresh and clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is on top of the local market("La doi pasi"), floor 1, and the view it is with street side. The location it is ideally to stay longer periods and feel the local vibrance. Location is equiped with everything you want in the kitchen, including dish washing machine. There is a door downstairs to access the shared(with hosts) backyard and barbecue. Beds are verry comfy and big shower. We stayed 1 week and it was a perfect place for a remote working place.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Septimia and her husband Sorin, the manager of Pensiunea Zikeli. Despite our visit coinciding with Orthodox Easter weekend, the hosts were attentive and ensured our stay was their top priority. Undoubtedly, the customer service we experienced at this accommodation was among the best we have encountered throughout our travels. The food served was simple yet delicious, and the local wine was exceptional. It is located on the main road through Viisoara, which makes it convenient for travelling around the area. I have stayed in many properties in Romania, but this one was by far the cleanest. I was really impressed with the level of cleanliness, especially since I am hard to please. The family room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Although, selfishly, I would prefer if fewer people came by, I understand that it is a business, and without more customers, they may not survive. Other places could learn a lot from Residenz Zikeli about how to address customer service. Perhaps Domeniul Dracula Daneș could take an example from them. Overall, we had a great stay and would like to thank Residenz Zikeli for their hospitality!
