Everything was perfect, all staff honestly friendly from heart (not that kind of "I must be nice to clients because they are clients" friendliness), all the time fast help, good food, and as I saw with other guests, also flexible when requests showed up at unplanned times (like kitchen already closed).

Lovely, ambient room with a balcony! The hotel has an elavator and is close to Poiesti Vest station which goes to Brasov, Bucharest Nord or Constanta. The breakfast spread was beautiful...the kitchen staff must be praised!
