Location is very nice, quite, with beautifull view from around and not so many neighbours. A cabin on top of a hill. Facilities were very good, with small kitchen and a big grill outside, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster. The owner was very nice, comunicative and willing to help. We were welcomed with local specific drink. There is even a small vegetable garden, from which he suggested to take the ready ones.

The place is beautiful, very quite, friendly neighbors and nice cabin. The kids enjoyed playing with that animals around and we enjoyed the quite. The owner was available when we needed and gave us very good instructions how to get there. We enjoyed very much from the staying there!

This was so much more than just a place to stay, it was a truly wonderful experience. The hosts are so kind and welcoming, and they really make you feel at home. The food they prepare is delicious, and the view is just stunning. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something authentic and memorable.

We had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay a few more nights, which unfortunately our schedule didn‘t allow. For our next trip to Romania, this is our top of the list place to stay! The food is great too! Tip: The Papanasi are incredible!

    Cîmpeni itself is not offering much, but the areas around it might be very pleasant. You can visit Roșia Montană Area (30 min), Arieșeni Area (1 hour), Scărișoara Glacier (1 hour by car), Văii Morilor Gorges or Albac Gorges. So it can be a hub for few days stay in the area.
