Diana was easily the most helpful customer service professional I’d ever had the pleasure of meeting, supporting us the whole way through organising our onward journey from the day we arrived and showing genuine care about our wellbeing. This is pure countryside. Apart from the house we were offered to use the seating area next to a little lake in the back yard, plus any kind of fruit ripe for harvesting. Hosts were out for an invitation that night - we had booked at very short notice. Neighbours (German speaking!) showed us the place and managed the payment. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen is a bit understocked but this is a general issue for most self catering accommodation.

Great hotel! Great place to get out of the world for a bit and relax in calm and peaceful environment. My room was very comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great for relaxation. The restaurant had very high quality food, it was delicious. The staff was very nice and very helpful, for anything that I needed the staff was there to help me.
