Staying at this hotel truly feels like living in a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and outstanding hospitality, especially from Mr. Ramesh at the reception. Each moment spent here was a continuation of that dream. The room was perfect—isolated for privacy, with a stunning view (Pool and Entertainment Area). The restaurant and facilities were exceptional, and the hotel’s location was ideal for me. The pools and overall design of the hotel added to the experience, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The supportive staff were present everywhere, making our stay even more enjoyable. I am still amazed at the value for money; this is a 7-star hotel offered at the price of a 3 or 4-star establishment. Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable, with a special shoutout to Mr. Ramesh for his unwavering support and care throughout our visit.

The Ritz Carlton Doha exceeded all my expectations. The room was a lot more spacious and luxurious than I expected. The restaurants serve exceptional good dishes and food. The amount of staff and the friendliness of everyone makes each guest truly spoiled. The culture of the hotel making one feel soo comfortable and welcome. The RC stuff anticipated every wish even before I had it. My sincere appreciation to the whole hotel team. I wish to call out especially the pool staff and the great crew of lagoona beach & pool bar and especially Kamal who provided world class service. My sincere thanks also to houskeeping especially to Adnan who gave it a personal touch each day. Outstanding was the bar crew of Habano Lounge who not only mix exceptional cocktails but truly provide outrageous guest service and guest relations service. The team around bar chef Mehdi spotted my love for dates and surprised me with a gigantic date gift with handmade gift box by the team! My sincere thanks to Mehdi and the team I am still touched by their kindness. I miss RC already and will return surely.

We had an amazing eid staycation with my family. Amazing view of Lusail. Friendly staff from reception Ms Sonali TY, house keeping staffs for their quick service and the pool attendant. I would definitly return to the Staybridge Suites (Doha Lusail by IHG) when the opportunity arises. The staff, particularly Syrine and Chadi, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location (Lusail Marina), the accommodation is luxurious, and the breakfast - especially the croisant, is one of the best in Doha. Anyone searching for comfort, convenience, and first-rate service should absolutely stay at this hotel, in my opinion.
