We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Crowne Plaza - Caparica Lisbon! After escaping from a not-so-nice hotel in the center of Lisbon, this place felt like a haven of comfort and hospitality. The staff are absolutely fantastic—super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. A special shoutout to the receptionist and the shuttle driver, who not only made our trips to the beach seamless but also took us to a scenic viewpoint for photos. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel itself is amazing. The big pool and relaxing saunas were perfect for unwinding, and the breakfast was a real highlight, with so many delicious options to choose from. I also treated myself to the “mom-to-be” massage, and it was such a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it! We’re already looking forward to coming back. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you, Crowne Plaza - Caparica Lisbon, for making our stay so special!

I had an excellent time with my teenaged daughter at this hotel. We loved the location and the view from our balcony. We had the room that is on the presentation pictures, and it fully corresponded to the picture. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were exceptionally professional, accomodating and welcoming. I loved the little detail that their name tags also named their personal passions (family, technology, art, reading,..) The breakfast was delicious, and had many healthy options and also a pancake maker! This was a huge success. We also ordered food from the Room Service menu, which was reasonably priced. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, and during off-season (Oct to May) the beach front parking is free of charge. The beach at Costa da Caparica is beautifully maintained, and there are many activities for young people.

Great location, nice house, clean and light rooms, feels like at home. You have privacy if you need and nice area to hangout and communicate with other guests. On the day of check out i had a surfing class booked in the morning, so I asked and was allowed to have room 1 hour longer and after use common areas. That was very friendly and helpful. In general I would recommend. I was solo traveler and felt very good at the place.
