I seriously liked everything about this place! Especially the room, bed, pool, breakfast, staff, quietness. It’s really what you call a resort and there are so many nice details and professionalism about this resort. I do not understand how this place is not a 4 or 5 star resort! I really enjoyed it. Love this place! Clean, spacious, property seems fairly new and well managed. Had a great night sleep, the bed was very comfortable and seems to be in a quiet area, but still just a few min walk to the center. The owner/manager was also very kind and helpful. I would stay longer but unfortunately it was already fully booked.

This was one of the best places we stayed at whilst travelling around the Philippines. The room was modern, clean and spacious with great air conditioning. The bathroom was also very modern with hot water showers. The old English bar was great with lots of history and stories from where everything came from. The bar served both English and local home cooked food which tasted amazing. James, Olivia and the team were all really helpful and great to get to know. We stayed here for 4 nights then returned for 1 night after island hopping. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and modern rooms and great outdoor space (we used the swimming pool A LOT). The staff was also super nice and helpful, they were able to accommodate every trip we needed in Bohol. We unexpectedly had to stay one more night and they were perfect to help us with that! In addition, there are a lot of resorts in the same alley where Alona Garden Suites is, in comparison it seems to us it’s certainly the beet quality for price. In short: a must recommend!!
