EVERYTHING :) It is a bit on the expensive side, but still far from OWB prices. And basically you get one of the most wonderful beaches and snorkel-spots you can imagine. Rooms are tidy, wonderful, and it indeed feels like a Garden of Eden, or a Village. We walked by foot from the ferry - 2 minutes walk on the shore. Shops, foodtrucks nearby - the restaurant is second-to-none. Stuff are not just friendly, but incredibly funny, in a good way. We celebrated my birthday night here - I will never ever forget it :)

Pension Tupuna was set in a incredible rustic jungle like setting. The bungalows were so beautiful and characteristic of a traditional stay. The breakfast of fruit and toast was simple but delicious and filling. The variety of fruit was impressive.

Manava and Tuatini went out of their way to welcome me and make me feel at home, not every host invites you for dinner and drinks ! The property is some way out of town and very quiet at night, which I loved. The bedroom is basic but clean, the wi-fi works well, the bathroom is immaculate, the washing machine was handy. Sufficient kitchen equipment to self-cater if required. It wasn't clear from the website that car hire is included in the room rate, I only found out on arrival, and it changes the value proposition completely.

The very professional and warm welcome from Virginie. She took time to explain not only the accommodation but also how to explore the island. Her guidebook allowed us exciting discoveries. She and her husband were very helpful during our stay. The cleanliness of the house and the well maintained garden The amazing views from the terrasse and the outdoor kitchen.
