Me and my wife got sick during our stay in Puño. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and contacted a doctor for us, helped us pick up medicine from a pharmacy nearby and supported us in every way possible. I can warmly recommend this hotel if you stay in Puño. You will be in good hands.
