When you enter the hotel, you can feel a comfortable atmosphere. The decorations are really cozy and distinctly Peruvian. The staff members are kindness personified. I had a bout of altitude sickness, and they took care of me with a warm heart, showing genuine concern for my condition. The breakfast was also excellent! The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Additionally, when we went to Machu Picchu, we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel. If I ever visit Cusco again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I will always remember the warm-hearted staff. Thank you so much.

Our room faced the inner corridor. Therefore, it was quiet. We were very comfortable at the hotel. Breakfast, in particular, was the best of our South American tour. A big thank you to the chef again.

The hotel is in excellent location, the staffs are nice and friendly. Gave us advice on where to visit and how to get there. Our room ( Colonial Family Suit) is so spacious and clean. The bed is so comfortable. Bed linen also smells good. My children and I love the jacuzzi,.so relaxing after Machu Picchu trip.

Service the English speaking staff provided was outstanding. Breakfast was included and good. Hot, strong shower. Laundry service next door. Place was very safe. Location is a 3-4 block walk to major squares. Central market is a 5 min walk.

The staff at Inkantari were so helpful and kind. Our room was very cute and comfortable. The showers were roomy with very hot water - which was appreciated after a long trek. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk around the town.
