Love that it was All-Inclusive but unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of all the things they offered like the Rainforest tour and karaoke night. The rooms were clean and the size of the room was great for us. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I accidentally booked a room here online through booking.com on my phone while trying to book a hotel in Panama city, FL. For one night and I immediately caught my mistake and tried to have it canceled however you can never speak to someone who can help resolve this issue when trying to call!! I feel it is critical for guests to know that all inclusive is NOT the same as other resorts in the area. If you pay a specific amount then drinks and meals should be included as at the Cameron. However, this location is presented as”All Inclusive “ and does not meet the criteria. If one must pay for meals other than breakfast it should be noted instead of travelers going in blind. Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Liked · We really enjoyed the buffet. The location is beautiful. The hotel's decorations are marvelous. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are well insulated, no noise from the neighbors. Disliked · The menu is small and pricey, so the only option is the buffet, which is quite expensive.
