Fantastic place to relax. Far enough away from the city while close enough to drive in to enjoy what Dunedin has to offer. Host was very welcoming and the freshly baked bread to accompany breakfast was a real treat. Would highly recommend.

The on-site managers were awesome. Very friendly and informative. The information bookabout the property, the room and surrounding restaurants was helpful. Above and beyond hospitality. Tiny little town lot of great people.

It is approx 5 KM out of Town. Bueatiful setting, plenty of space around the grounds. The 1 Bedroom Bungalow had everything you need even car undercover. All are self catering with full cooker , microwave etc. Would definitely go again if we were down this way.

This place is perfect to unwind and located right beside the beach. They have everything you need inside. Amazing shower and the bed is super comfortable. We met the owner the next morning and he was so kind! If you're in Dunedin definitely drive the extra few minutes to stay here, you won't be disappointed!
