We atayed in a studio unit. Immaculate! Had a lovely air conditioner / heat pump that help cool a hot night. Very comfortable beds and the weighted blanket was lovely.

It is approx 5 KM out of Town. Bueatiful setting, plenty of space around the grounds. The 1 Bedroom Bungalow had everything you need even car undercover. All are self catering with full cooker , microwave etc. Would definitely go again if we were down this way.

Rose and her husband are very nice and friendly. We arrived Brighton Beach lately because of the bad weather, but they still waited for us, we are very appreciate. They have a big block dog, it so cute, we love it. Thank you.

We loved the spacious, well decorated and comfortable room. It was exceptionally clean. Parking was easy and not cramped. The individual patio with BBQ was great for sitting around and enjoying the evening.

    Traveled south to support our basketball tem who played in Dunedin. Mosgiel was close enough for a short trip into town, yet far enough out to avoid any hussel & bussel of city life. Close to the airport for our departure. Lovely little town with all the services you could need. I'll be back to stay again.

    We were only there as a stopover to Dunedin Hospital but as a base for future trips to the district we would certainly use it as an option for the future. As a motel it was impressive and we would recommend it to future "users".

    Mosgiel is a pretty town that has a lot of lovely shops, we were happy to stay in a quiet location with beautiful scenery. Would recommend dining at The Black Sheep. Best restaurant we have been to in a very long time.

    Nellys restaurant great meals value for money. The towns small enough to meander through and if your looking for something specific just ask one of the lovely shop staff/owners. Everyone was most welcoming and friendly, even when i misread the drink and called it marmalade lemonade the waitress had a laugh and even asked if i liked their marmalade lemonade, it Said Homemade.

    Lovely old Town with some fabulous old houses, I'm always happy to see a town retain some of its original character. The traffic a breeze, not a rage road in sight. The townsfolk friendly and relaxed. Good cafesin town as well.

    Why stay in town when you can stay at this tranquil resort over looking the rolling hills. The location is but 5 minutes drive from Mosgiel (less than 20 from Dunedin) and well worth making the effort. The accommodation is spacious, spotless, comfortable and well and thoughtfully provisioned. The owner and his staff have clearly put a lot of effort into Longbourne, and could not have offered a nicer welcome or been more helpful. Highly recommended.

    The Barn was an amazing place in Mosgiel to stay, such a neat use of space, modern, clean and cosy in a peaceful rural setting. The hosts were so kind that they had lit the fire for us so after our late arriving flight The Barn was nice and warm for us on a very cold winters evening. Great location close to all amenities, highly recommend.

    Excellent location for visiting family in Mosgiel. Great communication including a reminder that the clocks were changing. Given that it was near the main road into Mosgiel and the railway line, the motel was very quiet.
